How to order
After selecting the desired product and entering the quantity, check the contents on the "Checkout Page" to confirm the ordered product, and then complete the order.
*If the item is out of stock, "Sold out" will be displayed and you will not be able to purchase.
* Customers outside Japan cannot buy more than 30kg.
We accept cancellations within 12h after placing an order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@greenpapilio.shop within 12h.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
We accept returns & exchanges when there are flaws at the time of the delivery. We pay close attention to our products. However, if you notice any flaws, please contact us at info@greenpapilio.shop within 14 days after arrival, along with the pictures. As soon as we check the flaws, we will issue a full refund or send new item(s). However, since all our products are handmade, there might be some cases such as small variations that we don't see as flaws.
General RMA Terms
After you have initiated a RMA and we authorized you to Return the item(s) and we have received your item(s), we will inspect the item(s). We will then immediately after inspecting the item(s) notify you on the status of the RMA. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund typically within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Postage for RMA
If your return has been authorized we will ask you to return the item at your cost along with a tracking number and to keep the delivery receipt.
Shipping
Overseas shipping will be done by Express Mail Service (EMS).
Most orders are processed within 5 business days of your order.There may however be occasions were processing you order is challenged.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or part needed become unavailable, we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
With standard shipping methods, it usually takes about 7 days to 20 days until arrival. (Estimated delivery time differs depending on where you live.) However, international shipping can be delayed especially during holiday seasons.
Green Papilio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If a parcel is lost , please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our courier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the courier. Please note that we strive to provide you with outstanding customer service and in case your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@greenpapilio.shop.
Damaged on Arrival
If something is wrong with an item you have purchased from us, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Please note that a item to be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” must be:
⚫︎broken or damaged
⚫︎unusable or not fit for purpose,
⚫︎not what was advertised or does not match the description.
Please also note that a item can not be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” if:
⚫︎it was damaged by the customer's wrong use , an accident or misuse,
⚫︎you have changed your mind.
If your item was received as “Damaged on Arrival”, please follow our RMA process within 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.
Orders Returned to Us
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we will have to charge you for both the shipping cost of the return and the original cost of shipment.
Customer fee
Please be aware that a custom fee may be charged depending on your country regulations and it is your responsibility to pay the fee. In the event the order is returned because you failed to pay the custom fee, we will have to charge you for both the shipping cost of the return and the original cost of shipment.
